360Convertly provides various online tools for content conversion, editing, and processing. While we aim to make our services accessible and useful, we do not condone or permit the unauthorized use of copyrighted material.

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on 360Convertly without your permission, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice.

2. Filing a DMCA Notice

To submit a valid copyright infringement claim, please include the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. A description of where the material is located on 360Convertly (URL or page).
  4. Your contact information, including address, phone number, and email.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Once received, we will review the notice and, if valid, remove or disable access to the infringing content promptly.

3. Counter-Notification

If your content has been removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the content removed and its original location
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification
  • Your contact information

After receiving a counter-notification, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a legal action.

4. Repeat Infringers

360Convertly respects copyright law and will terminate accounts or restrict access for users who repeatedly infringe on copyrights.

5. General Guidelines

  • All users are responsible for ensuring that the content they upload, convert, or process on 360Convertly does not violate copyright laws.
  • 360Convertly does not host copyrighted material without authorization, but if infringement is reported, we act quickly to comply with DMCA requirements.
